TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- 1. VALIDITY
- Please note that this rates is valid for ALL MARKET. Room rates are quoted net in Thai Bath currency exclusive of American breakfast, current applicable Value Added Service Charge 10%, Tax 7% and Provincial Tax 1%.
- 2. RESERVATIONS & BOOKING PROCEDURE
- The guest(s) shall submit all reservations to the Hotel representative Office or Reservation Department of the Patong Bay Garden Resort. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation, unless a firm room allotment has been agreed upon by the Hotel. On confirmation, the Hotel will notify the guest(s) the acceptance of the reservation, which shall not be binding until the hotel has received.

- 3. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
- Such rooms confirmed shall be made available for occupancy after 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check out time is 12.00 noon. Rooms used from 2.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the rate. Rooms occupied beyond 6.00 p.m. will be charged at the full contract rate, unless specified otherwise by the Hotel writing.
- 4. CANCELATION FEES
- Notice of any cancellation or reduction in the daily number of reserved rooms must be provided in writing to the hotel.

- 5. NO SHOWS AND EARLY CHECK-OUT
- No shows and Early check out the agent agrees to allow the Hotel to charge at full amount of the total room charge for stay of the period booked.
